Belleview Station 8.25 x 5.25 Brochure.inddBelleview Station is being developed under a smart, sustainable Master Plan with one master developer, Front Range Land and Development. The southern mixed-use part of Belleview Station,  comprising 40 acres, has been subdivided into eight city blocks (A-G), each with its own integrated plan for residential, office, retail and open space.  The northern 15 acre part will have three additional build-to-suit office sites and three residential sites, all with signage and highway exposure.

Upon completion, the 51-acre transit-oriented, mixed-use development will include  2.2 million square feet of intelligent office space, 300,000 square feet of retail space, 1,800 residential units, one or two full- service hotels, and more than five acres of plazas and open space.

The development is situated at the Belleview Station light rail stop which serves the I-25 corridor and is the transfer point between the southeast line and the I-225 line. The light rail stop will be linked via Newport Street, Belleview Station’s main pedestrian thoroughfare, which will contain mid-to-high rise mixed-use buildings consisting of ground floor retail and restaurant establishments with residential and office space above or adjacent.
